  • 150g Cep Mushrooms, fresh
  • 25g Butter
  • 6 Eggs (beaten)
  • Pinch of Black Truffles
How to make Truffle Omelet:
  • Place mushrooms and butter in a frying pan, over medium heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until soft.
  • Add eggs to the pan and tilt the pan to spread the mixture evenly.
  • Cook until the omelet is set underneath and slightly runny on the top.
  • Spread the truffle over the omelet.
  • Fold over and serve.
