• 12 to15 Pound turkey
• 1-1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1/2 Cup lemon juice
• 1-1/2 tsp Garlic juice
• 1/2 Cup hot water
• 2 tbsp Salt

| How to make Turkey Injection: |
| • | Combine all the ingredients with hot water.
|
| • | Inject this liquid into the turkey using a 20-30 cc syringe and 18 gauge needles.
|
| • | Inject equally throughout the turkey approximately 12 hours before cooking.
|
| • | Now grill, fry or roast your turkey.
