• 1 Cup grated seeded peeled cucumber
• 1 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped
• 1 Cup plain fat-free yogurt
• 2 tsp Lemon juice fresh
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tsp Fresh dill chopped
• Salt to taste

| How to make Tzatziki: |
| • | Put cucumber on several layers of paper towels and sprinkle it with salt.
|
| • | Let stand for about 30 minutes.
|
| • | Combine cucumber, yogurt, and rest of the ingredients, mix well till well blended.
|
| • | Place it into the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
|
| • | Cucumber Sauce is ready to serve. |
