Indian Recipes : Tzatziki Recipe
Tzatziki is a healthy appetizier, it can also be served as a sauce. Learn how to make/prepare Tzatjiki by following this easy recipe.

Ingredients:
• 1 Cup grated seeded peeled cucumber
• 1 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped
• 1 Cup plain fat-free yogurt
• 2 tsp Lemon juice fresh
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tsp Fresh dill chopped
• Salt to taste
How to make Tzatziki:
Put cucumber on several layers of paper towels and sprinkle it with salt.
Let stand for about 30 minutes.
Combine cucumber, yogurt, and rest of the ingredients, mix well till well blended.
Place it into the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
Cucumber Sauce is ready to serve.
