  • 1 Cup grated seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 Cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Fresh dill chopped
  • Salt to taste
How to make Tzatziki:
  • Put cucumber on several layers of paper towels and sprinkle it with salt.
  • Let stand for about 30 minutes.
  • Combine cucumber, yogurt, and rest of the ingredients, mix well till well blended.
  • Place it into the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
  • Cucumber Sauce is ready to serve.
