Ingredients:
  • 3 Pounds ground wild turkey
  • 2 Cups chopped celery
  • 6 Medium onions chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cans diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 4 Cups tomato juice
  • 2 Cans pinto beans undrained
How to make Wild Turkey:
  • Take a big pot and cook turkey in it till brown.
  • Add all the ingredients except pinto beans.
  • Simmer it for about 60 minutes.
  • Now add pinto beans to it and simmer for an additional 60 minutes.
