Ingredients:
  • 10 Red Mexico Chillies (roasted)
  • 10-12 Almonds/Cashews
  • Tamarind Pulp (as required)
  • 1¼ tbsp Raisins
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
How to make Chili Chutney:
  • Place chillies, almonds/cashews, tamarind pulp, raisins, and salt in a grinder. Grind them to make a nice and smooth paste.
  • Transfer into a container and keep aside for one week.
  • Mix onion and serve with rice.
