  • 2½ cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Cucumber (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Nuts
  • 1 cup Mild Cheese (diced)
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 small Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Wheat Germ
How to make Crunchy Salad:
  • Take a bowl and mix sunflower seeds, wheat germ, nuts and parsley in it.
  • Mix this mixture with the remaining ingredients, in a medium salad bowl.
  • Divide it into equal parts and serve with your choice of dressing.
