  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 1 Pita Bread, toasted
  • ¬½ Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¬¾ cup, Seedless Cucumber, chopped
  • ¬½ Red Pepper, chopped
  • ¬¼ Sweet Onion, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
How to make Fatoush Salad:
  • Toast the pita bread and let it cool. Cut it in small pieces.
  • Take another bowl and mix chopped cucumber, chopped pepper, chopped sweet onion and parsley.
  • Now, add lettuce in it and squeeze half lemon in it, along with extra virgin oil.
  • Put salt and pepper in it as per taste, along with pita croutons.
  • Toss the salad and serve.
