  • 1 kg Lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh Mint (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (pressed)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp hot Pepper (ground)
  • 2 tsp Salt
How to make Grilled Lamb Chops:
  • Wash the lamb chops and drain it thoroughly.
  • Take a large bowl and mix the herbs, spices, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add the lamb chops in this and mix well to evenly coat the meat.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate the lamb chops for at least six hours or overnight.
  • Remove the lamb chops from the fridge.
  • Heat the grill. Lightly oil the grill rack to prevent the meat from sticking.
  • Cook the lamb chops for 5-8 minutes on each side. Be careful while using the fats dripping.
  • Serve them warm.
Serve it with roti or nan.
