Recipe Type Veg.
  • 400 gms Flour
  • 100 gms Desi ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
How to make Mathi:
  • Add ghee and salt to flour and mix it well.
  • Add water and make dough till it turns smooth.
  • Cut it into pieces and roll out it to make small and thick discs
  • Heat the oil and fry each disc till it turns golden brown.
  • Serve it with pickle.

If you add a bit ajwain and half crushed black pepper it will still taste better. Serve with mango pickle.
