Mixed Fruit Jam Recipe

• 1 Kg Apples
• 1/2 Kg Papaya
• 1/2 Kg Grapes
• 4 Bananas
• 4 Chickoos
• 2 Kg Sugar
• 4 tsp Citric acid
• 1 tsp Essence

• Boil all the fruits.
• Peel and cut into pieces.
• Boil them in water till they turn soft.
• Blend it well by a manual mixie.
• Add sugar and cook till the sugar is dissolved.
• Now mix citric acid.
• Cook till it turns thick.
• Add essence.
• Mixed Fruit Jam is ready.
