Ingredients:
  • 1 recipe Vegetable Stock
  • 2 Onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Thyme (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Plain Flour (maida)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
How to make Onion Thyme Soup:
  • Take a saucepan and heat butter in it.
  • Add sliced onions to it and saute well, till they become slightly brown in color.
  • Now, add chopped thyme and flour to it and stir well.
  • Add vegetable stock, salt and pepper to it and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • Serve hot.
