Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 8 Pears (peeled with stems attached)
- 8 whole Cloves
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3/4 cup rose Wine
- 6 drops Red food coloring (optional)
How to make Pink Pear Delight:
- Into each pear stick 1 clove.
- Add sugar, wine , water and food coloring to it.
- Simmer gently until the pears are clear and syrup is thick.
- Chill it.
