  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 5 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Shallots (minced)
  • 1 cup Marsala Wine
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
How to make Pork Tenderloin With Dijon Marsala Sauce:
  • Rub the pork with the mustard. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the pork until brown.
  • Grease a baking dish and transfer the meat into it.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees C for 20 minutes per side.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and cook the shallots until soft. Add the marsala, mustard, and cream. Stir and cook until the sauce is reduced by half.
