Russian Beet Salad Recipe

• 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2-3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
• 100 g Walnuts (chopped)
• 1 kg Red beets (boiled, peeled and grated)
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste

• Mix the grated beets and garlic well. Add salt and pepper and toss it.
• Add mayonnaise.
• Garnish it with walnuts and serve.
