Ingredients:
  • 12 Squids
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Squid Fry:
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the onion.
  • Add squids and stir well. Cover the pan and cook on low flame, until they turn tender and the liquid dries out.
  • Put in rest of the ingredients and fry for a minute.
  • Serve hot with rice.
