Ingredients:
- 8 Carrots (peeled & shredded)
- Few Raisins
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Orange Flower Water
How to make Sweet Carrot Salad:
- In a bowl, blend honey with lemon juice.
- Add carrots & raisins and mix well.
- Pour orange flower water to it and keep aside.
- Serve after 1 hr.
