  • 1/2 Watermelon
  • 2 lbs Lychee
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Rock Sugar (as per taste)
How to make Water Melon and Lychee Salad:
  • Cut the watermelons into small cubes.
  • Deseed and peel the skin of the lychees and cut them to small pieces.
  • Dissolve a little amount of sugar in boiling water.
  • Let the water cool and then add squeeze the lemon.
  • Add the watermelon and lychee pieces and keep for chilling.
  • Serve chilled.
