Ingredients:
• 3 Apples
• 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Cardamom
• 2 Bay leaves
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 4-5 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 2 tbsp Water
How to make Apple Chutney:
Peel off and cut the apples into small pieces.
Grind with little water.
Heat oil in pan and add cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon sticks.
Add apples, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder.
When the mixture is cooked, add sugar and salt.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Apple Chutney is ready.
