Caramel Cup Tassies Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1-3/4 cup Individually Wrapped Caramels
• 1 can Evaporated Milk
• 2 tsp Coffee Flavored Liqueur

For Dough:
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Cream Cheese
• 1 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup Shortening

To Make The Topping:
• 1 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
• 2/3 cup White Sugar
• 1/2 cup Shortening
• 2 tsp Coffee Flavored Liqueur
How to make Caramel Cup Tassies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat together all the ingredients of the dough.
Knead until well blended.
Now take a mini muffin tin and press the dough.
Then, bake it at 350 degrees F for eighteen minutes.
In a microwave, melt the caramels.
Add 1 can of the milk (evaporated) and 2 teaspoons of the coffee flavored liqueur.
Keep aside thickening.
Combine all the ingredients required to make topping in a bowl.
Beat for at least eight minutes.
Now pour caramel mixture into the baked cups.
Wait for ten minutes and then garnish with the topping mix. Serve.
