Ingredients:
• 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 3 Green Chilies
• 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
• Few Curry Leaves
• tsp Turmeric Powder
• tsp Aniseed Powder
• 3 tbsp Oil
• Salt (to taste)
How to make Cauliflower Fry:
Boil cauliflower with little water and turmeric powder in a pan for around 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Mix in onions and saute.
Add in boiled cauliflower and fry for another 5 minutes.
Stir in aniseed powder and salt. Cover and cook for a while.
Serve hot with rice.
