Ingredients:
  • 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2 Onions (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Aniseed Powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Cauliflower Fry:
  • Boil cauliflower with little water and turmeric powder in a pan for around 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  • Mix in onions and saute.
  • Add in boiled cauliflower and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in aniseed powder and salt. Cover and cook for a while.
  • Serve hot with rice.
