| Ingredients: |
• 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 3 Green Chilies
• 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
• Few Curry Leaves
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• ½ tsp Aniseed Powder
• 3 tbsp Oil
• Salt (to taste)

| | How to make Cauliflower Fry: |
| • | Boil cauliflower with little water and turmeric powder in a pan for around 10 minutes.

| • | Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
|
| • | Add curry leaves, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
|
| • | Mix in onions and saute.
|
| • | Add in boiled cauliflower and fry for another 5 minutes.
|
| • | Stir in aniseed powder and salt. Cover and cook for a while.
|
| • | Serve hot with rice. |
