  • Chicken Bok Choy Recipe
  • 300 g Chicken Fillets
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Corn-Flour
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce (Light)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 250 g Bok Choy (Chinese White Cabbage)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ½ liter Water
  • 4 Green Chili (Fresh and Chopped)
  • 50 g Ginger (Chopped)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
  • 5 ml Rice Wine
How to make Chicken Bok Choy:
  • Make cubes of the chicken fillets and marinate it with soya sauce, egg, corn-flour and ginger paste for 1 hour.
  • Boil bok choy for 3 minutes with oil and salt. Drain the excessive water and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and add marinated chicken to it with 1 tablespoon soya sauce, garlic, salt and chilies.
  • Fry for 5 minutes and add rice wine. Place the bok-choy on a plate and put chicken over it.
  • Serve hot.
