• 1 Cup crab (drained)
• 4 Eggs (boiled)
• 6 Bread slices (broken)
• 2 Cup mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Onion (grated)
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

| How to make Crab Souffle: |
| • | Chop the boiled eggs.

| • | Mix crab, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, bread slices and graed onion.

| • | Add lemon juice and salt.
|
| • | Sprinkle pepper.
