| Ingredients: |

• 400 gms Yellow moong dal (soaked)
• 4 Green chillies
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

| How to make Dal Bhajia: |
| • | Chop the green chillies and coriander leaves
|
| • | Grind the dal.
|
| • | Add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt.
|
| • | Mix it well.
|
| • | Heat the oil.
|
| • | Take small portions of the mixture.
|
| • | Fry them over medium heat till golden in colour.
|
| • | Dal Bhajia is ready. |
