Ingredients:
  • 400 gms Yellow moong dal (soaked)
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
How to make Dal Bhajia:
  • Chop the green chillies and coriander leaves
  • Grind the dal.
  • Add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix it well.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Take small portions of the mixture.
  • Fry them over medium heat till golden in colour.
  • Dal Bhajia is ready.
