Dal Bhajia Recipe
Ingredients:
• 400 gms Yellow moong dal (soaked)
• 4 Green chillies
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
How to make Dal Bhajia:
Chop the green chillies and coriander leaves
Grind the dal.
Add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix it well.
Heat the oil.
Take small portions of the mixture.
Fry them over medium heat till golden in colour.
Dal Bhajia is ready.
