Dhansak Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup toovar dal
• 1/2 Cup moong dal
• 1/2 Cup urad dal
• 1 Cup egg plant
• 1 Cup Broccoli
• 1 Cup chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 2 Ginger
• 4 Garlic flakes
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• Green chillies
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
How to make Dhansak:
Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
Mix toovar dal, moong dal and urad dal.
Wash them properly and add water.
Add broccoli and carrots and cook in a pressure cooker.
Heat the oil.
Fry green chillies, cumin seeds and onions till they turn golden brown.
Add eggplant and tomatoes.
Cook the vegetables.
Add cooked dal, gram masala, coriander leaves.
Boil it.
Dhansak is ready.
