| Ingredients: |

• 1 Cup assorted shellfish
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 cup Grated coconut
• 2 Large onions
• 3 Dried red chillies
• 3 tbsp Tamarind pulp
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 6 Flakes garlic
• Small piece of ginger
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste

| How to make Fish Temperade: |
| • | Heat oil in a pan and seethe the cumin seeds, chillies and coriander till they splutter.

| • | Grind coconut, garlic, onion and ginger to make fine paste.
|
| • | Seethe this paste in oil.
|
| • | Add little water and fry for a minute.
|
| • | Add turmeric powder, tamarind pulp, sugar and salt.
|
| • | Now add the fish and cook it till sauce gets thickened.
|
| • | Fish Temperade is ready. |
