  • 3 pounds Pork Butt Roast
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke Flavoring
  • 1/4 cup Hawaiian Sea Salt
How to make Kalua Pork:
  • In a roasting pan or a casserole dish, place the pork fat side up.
  • Mix the water and liquid smoke and pour it over the meat.
  • Season with salt and roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 3 hours.
  • Shred before serving.
