  • 4 Walnuts/Cashews
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 5 Almonds
  • Few strands of Saffron (optional)
  • 1 pinch Cardamom
  • 1 cup Poha
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Warm Milk
How to make Milk Poha:
  • Wash poha thoroughly in water and drain; keep it aside in a serving bowl for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, blend a mixture of walnuts/cashews, almonds, cardamom, sugar and saffron.
  • Add the mixture, along with milk, when poha turns soft.
  • Mix it well and enjoy it immeditately.
