Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • ½ cup Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • ¼ cup Radishes (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Cucumber (sliced)
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 Celery Stalk (diced)
  • 5 Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Little Parsley (chopped)
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (diced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

    For Dressing
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • 3 tbsp Soya Oil
  • ½ Iceberg Lettuce
  • ½ Rornaine Lettuce
How to make Mixed Salad:
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • To prepare the dressing, put all four ingredients of dressing in a bowl and mix well.
  • Now pour the dressing over the above prepared mixture.
  • Flip the mixture slowly.
  • Mixed salad is ready to be served
