Ingredients:
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups Rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 green Chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
How to make Onion Rice:
  • Heat oil in a kadhai.
  • When hot enough, add mustard seeds and green chillies and let it splutter.
  • Add sliced onions and fry till they are golden brown
  • Next, add pepper and salt.
  • Now, add the rice and mix well.
  • Put off the heat and add lime juice to the rice.
  • Mix well
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
