  • 455 g Salmon Pieces
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • ½ cup light Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Salmon Fry:
  • Squeeze lemon juice on the fish pieces.
  • Combine rest of the ingredients, with little water, in a medium bowl. Mix to make a smooth paste.
  • Blend the fish into the paste and marinate for 10-20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish, until golden brown on all sides.
  • Serve hot.
