Ingredients:
  • 4 Pork Loin Chops (Boneless)
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro (Fresh and Chopped)
  • 4 French Bread Baguettes
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice (Fresh)
  • 1 Cucumber (Peeled)
  • 1 Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 oz Chili Sauce
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt
How to make Vietnamese Sandwich:
  • Broil pork loins for 5 minutes in a preheated oven. Broil from all the sides.
  • Cut the French bread into halves and apply mayonnaise on it.
  • Take the pork and mix chili sauce and crushed garlic on it.
  • Spread the filling on bread with lengthwise cut cucumber slices and onions on the top.
  • Sprinkle pepper, salt and lime juice.
  • Serve with ketchup.
