Serves 4
Ingredients:
  • 500 g Fish (cut into cubes)
  • 2 cups Yoghurt (blended)
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 2 inch Ginger (paste)
  • 1 Onion (paste)
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp Mustard Oil
How to make Yoghurt Fish:
  • Roll the fish pieces separately in corn flour.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the fish till golden.
  • Add all the other ingredients in the remaining oil except curd.
  • Add little water to it to avoid burning.
  • Add curd and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Dip the fish pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
Suggestions:
Serve with plain rice.
