Thanks for the recipe. But just want to clear your facts. It's not a Chinese recipe but a Tibetan. In China momos are made differently and are called dumplings and not momos. Momos are very popular in north eastern region of India.

idils stand is prefect apply few drop of oil in stand & then put for 10 min only. Perfect momos are made, I made this sunday

It is simple but nice. more can be added in this.also chutney can be more good by adding some more.

when u make momos in the idli maker the outer is so hard that its difficult to bite, try it on momos stemer only, please
