  • 4 Chicken Breast Halves (skinless, boneless)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • Oil (for frying)
How to make Chicken Katsu:
  • Flatten the chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness.
  • Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Roll the chicken into flour, and dip into the beaten egg. Lastly, coat into bread crumbs nicely.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat and fry the chicken, until golden brown on all sides.
