- 1/3 cup Butter
- A pinch of Salt
- 3 cups Confectioners' Sugar (sifted)
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
How to make Lemon Frosting:
- Take a cup of confectioners' sugar along with butter and salt in a bowl.
- Beat until light and puffy.
- Stir in remaining sugar and lemon juice and continue beating until soft & fine.
