Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Maida
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
How to make Parotta:
  • Take maida with egg, salt and water in a bowl.
  • Mix it making into dough.
  • Keep it aside covered with wet cloth for 4 hrs.
  • Then shape the dough into medium size balls.
  • Flatten one ball and grease its crust.
  • Place 4 balls one on each other. Press and roll it making into thick ball.
  • Cut it into two ½"rolls. Spread it making into parotta. Do the same with remaining balls.
  • Heat little oil in a pan and fry the parotta.
  • Serve it hot.
