Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Pearl Tapioca (soaked overnight)
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1½ cups Prunes (pitted)
  • 1½ cups Raisins
  • 1¼ cups Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon (Dalchini)
  • 2½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Sweet Soup:
  • Take water, along with prunes, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan and get to a boil.
  • Pour into tapioca and cook for 30 minutes, or until tapioca is transparent and prunes are cooked.
  • Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Remove and let it cool.
  • Serve cold.
