| Ingredients: |

• 1 kg Cauliflower
• 1 Small piece haldi
• 1 Small piece asafoetida
• 5 Limes
• 1 Red chillies
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 2 tsp Table salt

| How to make Cauliflower Pickle: |
| • | Wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces.
|
| • | Take a vessel and mix limejuice and salt with the cauliflower pieces.
|
| • | Dissolve the salt in half litre of water in another vessel. Boil it and cool.
|
| • | Grind red chillies, asfoetida and haldi with the help of salt water.
|
| • | Add mustard seeds when half done. Blend the mixture to a fine paste.
|
| • | Drop this paste in the first vessel and mix properly.
|
| • | Cauliflower Pickle is ready. |
