Cocoa Cake Recipe

• 200 ml Sour Cream
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Maida
• ½ cup Cocoa Powder
• ½ cup grated dry Coconut
• ½ cup Oil
• 3 Eggs
• 3 tsp Baking Powder

• Preheat oven to 180 °C.
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth.
• Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
