  • 2 cups Frozen Corn, cooked
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2-4 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 small Serrano Chili (minced)
  • 1/8 tsp Hing
  • 6-8 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
How to make Corn Raita:
  • Dilute the yogurt with a little water and to it add sour cream, corn water and salt and stir it until it is smooth.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and then add the mustard and cumin seeds.
  • Heat till the mustard pops.
  • Add the green chili and stir till softened.
  • Add hing and curry leaves after removing from heat.
  • Now add the corn.
  • Pour the corn mixture into the yogurt and stir properly.
  • Set aside for 1 hour.
  • Before serving, garnish with cilantro
