  • 1 cup Corn (boiled)
  • 250 gm Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
How to make Corn Soufflé:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in an oven at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cut into slices and serve.
