  • 1 medium Cabbage (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Ginger (grated)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
How to make Ginger Cabbage:
  • Place a frying pan on medium flame.
  • Add the oil and fry the cabbage, stirring infrequently, for 10 minutes, or until it softens.
  • Stir in ginger along with garlic and saute for 5 minutes, or until golden brown in colour.
  • Pour in soya sauce and blend well.
  • Serve warm.
