| • 2 Onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 Mustard seeds
• 1 Ginger, finely chopped
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 Green chilly, finely chopped
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 kg Curd
• Finely chopped coriander leaves
| | | How to make Onion Raita: |
| • | Add salt, onion, green chilly and coriander leaves onto beat curd - raita is ready.

| • | In a large wok, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
|
| • | Add it to the raita and mix well.
|
| • | Refrigerate the raita for one to two hours before serving.
|
| • | Serve the raita with imli rice. |

The preparation instructions do not include the ginger, which is included in the ingredient list. I am not sure whether to add it uncooked or saute it with the mustard seed. Guess I'll try it both ways and see which tastes best.
