- 4 oz Mint leaves
- 10 oz Raspberries (frozen)
- 6 oz Lemonade concentrate (frozen)
- 8 oz Water (boiling)
- 16 oz Water (cold)
- 2 oz Sugar
How to make Raspberry-Mint Punch:
- Mix first three ingredients; let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Add berries and concentrate; Mix until thawed.
- Strain into chilled pitcher half full of ice; add cold water and mix.
- Garnish glasses with fresh mint.
