Ingredients:
  • Dosa Batter
  • Peas (as required)
  • Carrots (chopped, as required)
  • Beans (chopped, as required)
  • Tomatoes (chopped, as required)
  • 5 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • Few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (as required)
How to make Vegetable Dosa:
  • Soak peas, carrots, beans, and tomatoes in sufficient water in a pan and cook until half done.
  • Mix the vegetables with the dosa batter.
  • Stir in green chillies and coriander leaves. Flavor with salt.
  • Hea oil in a pan.
  • Put some batter in the pan and whirl to make a dosa. Flip and cook on the other side.
  • Transfer into a serving plate. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Serve hot with tomato chutney.
