Ingredients:
  • 5 gm (0.17 ounce) Ginger (chopped)
  • 5 gm (0.17 ounce) Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 500 gm (17 ounce) Boneless Fish
  • 400 gm (17 ounce) Basmati Rice
  • 2 Onion (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • 50 gm (1.7 ounce) Ghee
  • 250 gm (8 ounce) Oil
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
How to make Fish Pulao:
  • Keep the fish in a bowl and marinate it by adding garam masala powder, lime juice, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and mix well.
  • Keep the marinate fish aside for about ½ an hour.
  • Cook the marinated fish adding little water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Put onion, ginger, garlic and fry it till it turns brown.
  • Add the cooked masala water into oil along with the lime juice.
  • Take another pan and heat ghee
  • Fry the rice in it.
  • Add the masala water into the fried rice.
  • Add half-cooked fish, salt and cook for about 20 minutes.
