Ingredients:
  • 1½ cup Rice Flour
  • 4 Eggs (separated)
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • ½ lt Milk
  • 1 tbsp unsalted Butter (melted)
  • A pinch of Salt
How to make Rice Souffle:
  • In a bowl, combine together rice flour, ½ tbsp butter and 1 cup milk into a smooth paste.
  • Mix the paste with the remaining milk in a saucepan.
  • Place it over medium low heat and simmer until thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Beat egg yolks with sugar, until well-blended. Beat egg whites seperately and add to yolks mix.
  • Pour egg-sugar mixture into the saucepan and blend thoroughly.
  • Coat a baking pan with the remaining butter and pour the prepared mixture into the baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until puffed and gloden in colour.
  • Rice Souffle is ready to serve.
