Ingredients:
  • 12 Baby corns
  • 3 Onions
  • 4 dry Red Chillies
  • 8 Peppercorns
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 6 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
How to make Baby Corn Pepper Dry:
  • Slice baby corns diagonally.
  • Boil the slices and add salt to the water.
  • Chop one onion.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry dry chillies, peppercorns and onion till onion turns translucent in color.
  • Let it cool. Blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds start to splutter, add curry leaves, two chopped onions and garlic and sauté till onion turns translucent in color.
  • Add cooked baby corn slices and sauté until babycorn slices turn slightly crisp. Add blended paste and fry on low flame until it becomes dry.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
