  • 9 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dark Rum (optional)
How to make Chocolate Ganache:
  • In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium flame. Bring it to a boil.
  • Take the chopped chocolate in a bowl and over it pour the boiling cream.
  • Whisk it until it is smooth and add the dark rum.
  • Cool it slightly and then pour it over a cake or some other dessert.
  • Serve.
