| Ingredients: |

• 1 Cup singhara flour
• 1/4 Cup chopped spinach
• 1/4 Cup boiled and mashed Potatoes
• 2 Chopped green chillies
• 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 2 tsp Ajwain seeds
• 1/4 Cup coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

| How to make Singhare Ki Puri: |
| • | Combine all dry ingredients properly.
|
| • | Add little water and make small puri.
|
| • | Avoid using too much water as it is not the wheat flour.
|
| • | Heat oil in a pan.
|
| • | Fry the puri in oil till dark brown.
|
| • | Repeat the procedure with the rest of the mixture.
|
| • | Serve the puris with curd and pickle. |
